Ecienaj Consulting is family-owned and operated by JaNeice Gilbert. Mrs. Gilbert started this business in 1993 with a partially  working computer, a high-priced printer, and  a passion and desire to make money while enjoying what she loves to do. Mrs. Gilbert was confined to a bed due to a high-risk pregnancy  and unable to work outside of the home, but wanted to help her husband to make ends meet.

The first services that she provided were creating resumes and business cards, and typing college dissertations.  Her husband was her marketing manager, and delivery person.  He passed out flyers, business cards, marketed her services to many small business owners, and before long,  she had more business than she could handle.   



Mrs. Gilbert has over 28 years combined experience as a marketing professional/administrator, proposal development consultant, and desktop publisher with diverse experience supporting proposal management efforts as a proposal manager, proposal coordinator, production coordinator, desktop publisher, and editor.

Mrs. Gilbert takes pride in her work and is not satisfied until the customer is happy.

Mrs. Gilbert is big on community partnering and giving to charitable organizations.  Over the years she has coordinated company clothing & toy drives for children at Christmastime and organized book drives for college students to help pay for books.  As the coordinator of a Corporate Community Outreach and Partnering initiative, she established an Adopt-a-Family Program and coordinated the Mentor reading program for a local elementary school.  She has also organized fund-raising events for a local dance troupe to raise money to perform at Disney World in Orlando, FL, and she loves to support church activities and worldwide Christian organizations.
